big, spacious room, ideally suited for our 2 adult, 2 child family. Just a few short tram/bus stops to the centre of Oslo, with convenience stores nearby. Coffee machine at reception was very handy.

central location near public transport and shops and for Oslo relatively inexpensive

kitchenette lacked basic equipment e.g. mini oven and toaster

The location of the hotel is great, close to an incredible bakery for breakfast and in a lovely area. It's convenient having the Juicery nearby for food options. I chose a room with a bath, which was comfortable.

Food was different and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip. The venue was absolutely fantastic and nice little, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent just off restaurants, bakery, bars as well as the centre of a lively city. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were very rude.

Had a really nice stay for 3 nights. the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. - the breakfast was great. - the check-in was automated. - Lucky me, got ironing free of charge. - Amazing location close to Kiwi Solli Plass.

Staff (Emma) were all very friendly emailed us directions how to reach them from train station (tram 12) and the room was great. Had kitchen which we used as Oslo is not cheap to eat out in! Great supermarket round the corner. Lovely building and room.

If you consider the cost of everything in Oslo, this hotel is very cheap. It's located in a good area and has an easy access to everything. There are a few bus stations around the hotel that can take you everywhere.The internet access is free.

I stayed 2 nights there and my room wasn't cleaned between each night. The rooms doesn't have phones. If you need to call the reception or is waiting a call, forget about it.... Another thing, the hotel reception is not 24 hours, it's more likely 14 hours.

Location is quite good - close to many city attractions such as Aker Brygge, walking distance from the city centre. It's well-designed and well-equipped - you can even cook in a small kitchen where you can find all the needed appliances. Hotel staff is very helpful - especially Andreia, she gave us many recommendations and provide us with umbrellas. She also booked a table for us while many of the restaurants nearby were fully booked. I do hope her engagement will be rewarded and recognized - she's a person in a right place! The overall impression is also good - considering the overall overpricing in Norway...

Light switcher was out of order - the only way to switch off the light above the bed was to take out the room card... But it meant that all other lights switched off - incl bathroom, kitchen... We weren't helped then, maintenance guy started working in the morning only. As we stayed just for a day and fidn't want to move to another room in the midnight being pretty tired - we had to deal with that.

Hotel policy don't allow you to change/cancel your stay later then one week before arrival. If you are on business trip and you maybe have to change/cancel shortime before arrival you must pay full amount of your booking. It would be nice to have more flexible changing/cancellation policy.
